Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went through the drive through line on Saturday, January 17th and the gentlemen taking the order had a slight mix up on the contents of the order. Amanda was super kind and helpful and solved the issue promptly!

Another great stop at DQ for a quick bite to eat. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. The staff is friendly and nice. Our food was delivered up in short order. We dined inside. It was 12:30, and the drive-in line was packed. There was only one other family inside eating. It seems that most that frequent this place get their food to go. Parking is limited, but no problems finding an empty space.

I Was in Ely Minnesota and I’d just like to point out how absolutely disgusting the place was. Food all over the floor, liquid on the walls, certain things were not covered with lids, etc. They locked the doors at 8:53 which mind you is 7 minutes before they close. We tried to go through the drive thru and having been there a few minutes and no one spoke we left. Again, all before 9:00pm this happened. I’m very disappointed with the service. A few days before, we had come to this same Dairy Queen and there was again trash all over the floor in the back. Their attitude was poor, and in the future I hope to see employees actually doing their job, and not trying to get off early. Also, they told people to go out the back door so that they didn’t let us in. And there was a little girl crying b

Probably the most iconic food place in Ely!!! It's one of if not the only fast food in town so whether you are heading in or out of the BWCA or looking for a quick meal, this will probably be your place.

We've got one of the best dairy Queens around. Food is always good, service is always great, never had a complaint.
