Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I seen a cashier take out the trash while others including myself stood there for 10 15 mins and waited for her to take our order in the lobby but understaffed OK I'll take that. But one thing I cannot forgive she never washed her hands not one time from behind the counter to the lobby trash removal then back behind the register then back to the rear to help with food assembly. One of the older patrons pointed out that she never touched a sink to wash her hands and asked me if I wanted to go first I declined to give her a chance to wash them after maybe overhearing the gentleman. She did not.

No matter if they close at 9 pm and you pull up to order at 8:45. The staff will take your food order. The girls are all very nice and professional, polite.

I have eaten at quite a few Dairy Queens and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. There were two of us we each got double cheeseburgers they were dry and flavorless. My bun was hard on the bottom and the french fries were room temperature and Soggy.

***Updated review*** Stopped here once again & would have been better off making my own ice cream! I ordered 4 blizzads two of those were the Superman blizzards. We were told that they could not make them. No big deal...the big deal was the children there thought it was a joke. The first comment the child who was at the counter said upon entering the store was how he couldn't wait to go home. Upon realizing we could not have our complete order we asked for a refund only to be told there was no one who knew how. Perhaps there should be an adult on shift. From now on we will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Tastyland. Better service & ice cream! Honestly, the quality depends on what people are working. Seriously, Dairy Queen is the home of the last, well-cooked, fast food hamburger and this location has THE NICEST people. Even post-pandemic, they still understand that customer service brings people back. 100% recommend the cheese curds; they’re worth the up charge!!
