Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I've only been here 3-4 times and the service and food has always been disappointing. We now only treat ourselves to blizzards, but the employees can't seem to manage to make those correctly either. Came by tonight and ordered 4 blizzards and all were poorly made. Aside from the lack of the requested flavors being blended in, the ice cream was melted and had slopped over the outside of the cups. If she had tried to turn them upside down then the parking lot would have eaten it. Thankfully, the DQ in Creswell isn't that far away and the experience is always positive. These women seem incredibly unhappy and I feel sorry for them. Life is too short to be so miserable.

Went through the drive-through nobody greeted me, Waited for about five minutes and decided to drive to the drive-through window and see that it’s all boarded up . Could at least have the common decency to have a sign posted on your drive-through that you’re not taking drive-through orders.

The past three times I've gone, something had been closed. The other two times it was the lobby. Today I was told "the kitchen was closed" and they were doing only ice cream. Every time it was around 5pm. Not to mention the really bad attitude of the lady with the tulip tattoo on her neck, who glared at me when I handed her cash instead of card to pay and wasn't listening when I asked to take something off my order.

It would be nice if they stopped filling the cups once they're full. I get that it's hot and ice cream melts. But maybe don't overfill the cups and they won't melt into cup holders and drip in your car. So glad I paid for an expensive detail 3 days ago

Employees ignored me at the counter as they had conversations between themselves. I walked out. I guess the owners don’t want business.
