BRENDA I ordered a blizzard with chocolate dipping sauce on top. When I received it thru the drive thru window there wasn’t any chocolate dipping sauce on top so I kindly reminded her I ordered it with the chocolate dipping sauce on top and she lied to me and said she put it on the bottom. I was fine with it and left. I’m finishing my blizzard and there was absolutely no sauce. That old lady with the glasses flat out lied to me, when it would have took her 1 min. To fix the mistake and be honest. So then later on I called up there and spoke with Brenda. I told her I just wanted to let her know I know she lied to me. She continued to lie to me once again and said she blended the chocolate dipping sauce in with the blizzard! The chocolate dip sauce takes awhile to harden and ain’t no choco
This was our third time in there. The first time they didn’t have vanilla ice cream and today they didn’t have ice cream at all. Not sure what people usually expect from DQ but in this location they don’t have ice cream.
Great service isn’t about perfection—it’s about the attitude, effort, and care someone brings to the experience. Despite a brief wait, the warmth and professionalism of the young man who helped us made all the difference. His respectful demeanor and genuine desire to serve well turned a simple stop for a hot fudge sundae into a moment worth remembering. If you're ever passing through, this Dairy Queen is worth the stop—not just for the treats but for the heart behind the counter.
Clean and very friendly staff! Of course great Soft Serve ice-cream! Full menu!
Drove to the drive-thru and didn’t see any guests in the lobby. Drive-Thru had all the lights off long before they close. Sat in the drive-thru for a few minutes before anyone spoke over the intercom. Just to be told to wait. Mind you, there was only one car that had gone ahead of us. Sat there for several minutes before anyone took the order, and claimed the blizzard machine was down because they were cleaning it. Over an hour before closing. Placed an order for a medium chocolate milkshake. They then turned all the exterior lights back on. Sat waiting for several more minutes before leaving empty handed and aggravated. Over 15 minutes for nothing. They were not visibly busy. Not very happy. This is likely the worst DQ in the area in terms of service.
