Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We stopped by the Dairy Queen Grill and Chill for an afternoon snack. The chocolate dipped cones really hit the spot. The store was clean and the staff were friendly. They also have a nice outdoor dining area which they will deliver your food when ready.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Okay seating/atmosphere. About what you get for fast food. Paid extra for extra mix-ins, cheesecake. Huge chunks of strawberry, but all other chunks were just crumbs, so it ended up gritty. Not bad, just not my thing.

It's difficult to write a place when the food and service isn't always consistent. I'm guessing that's probably due to staffing issues. First of all I think it's a great place to eat or get refreshments. My experiences have generally been positive. There have been times when the wait in the drive-thru line seems excessive. Last night I was in the Drive-Thru line for over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until my blizzard was ready. The food I purchased here has always been good. Fries and burgers are always hot. The service has always been friendly and professional.

I ordered the flamethrower basket and did not get soft serve and I ordered a root beer and got Dr Pepper and none of the sauce I wanted was in my bag mind you they were empty and had plenty time to do they job correctly

My mom wanted to try the new fall flavors of Blizzards, so off we went. It is a 20+ minute drive from our ranch, but I would do it again... Mom love the pumpkin pie blizzard... On the way home I stopped and another store just to look around. I wasn't there for more than 20 minutes and when I got back to the car the entire blizzard was gone. I think she might've licked the cup... Check them out.
