Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered an ice cream cake online, not a custom cake but a celebration cake which is standard. I made the pick up for 630 and went in to pickup my cake. The young male at the counter greeted me and I showed him my online order and said I have an ice cream cake to pick up from an online order. He went away coming back again needing to look at the order on my phone, he went away again and brought back a young lady. She told me all the cakes she has are in the front freezer but I asked for the cake I ordered. She went away and came back with the online receipt she had and asked if that was me. It was so I asked again for my cake I ordered and she said again all the cakes she has are in the front freezer. I wanted the confetti cake 8 inch as that is what I ordered and in the cooler was a 10 i

I just called at 2:14 pm Saturday Feb 14th, and the lady who answered the phone was like ya? I was like oh hi I was just wondering and she cut me off and said “yup cup cakes are starting tomorrow “ I’m oh ok thank you and she hangs up on me .. not sure why she was so rude but definitely won’t be going there now lol

Got a 10 inch blizzard cake and to my surprise there were empty holes all through the cake ! $41.00 and missing a significant amount of the ice cream definitely not buying from here again

It's a Dairy Queen, I always use the drive thru, the food is always hot, and the ice cream is always cold lol. Great location nice and central for Sumas/Abby area.

I ordered two tossed Strips meals. The back side on them was not tossed, the sauce was extremely dry and the food was quite cool right from the drive thru window. Everything was just kind of tossed in and sauce all over the box (which would have been better on the actual chicken). Some of the chicken strips were smaller than my finger. I spent $50 and got the crappiest DQ meal I’ve ever had. DQ in comparison is not cheap for fast food, so at least make the effort to do it right.
