Hail to the King, Baby. Hail to the King! Our family has been regular customers at the Dairy King for 40+ years. There are soft ice cream options (cones and sundaes) as well as hard ice cream. Both are delicious. During the season, they are usually open on afternoons and evenings. In the September/October shoulder season, they tend to be open more for late afternoons and evenings until 9pm. The Dairy King is popular, especially with families with kids and they will draw a crowd in the evening. They have been known to stay open past their published closing time, to make sure that all customers in line are taken care when of, before closing for the night.

Dairy King is a must-visit spot on LBI! The ice cream portions are super generous, the service is fast, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for a beach town. Whether you're after soft serve, a sundae, or a milkshake, everything is consistently delicious. Even when it's busy, the staff keep the line moving with a smile. It's the kind of place you find yourself going back to every night of your trip. Great for families, late-night treats, or just a quick stop after the beach. Can’t recommend it enough—definitely one of the best ice cream spots on the island!

The ice cream here is delicious and the reviews do not do it justice. We got salted Carmel pretzel and moose tracks. The line moved quickly and they had a solid menu for such a small establishment.

The service is always amazing,The Ice Cream is the best in the world! I ordered their vanilla shake is was UNREAL! I 100% recommend the place the only bad thing I have against this place is that there is only 1 location! LONG LIVE THE KING!!!!!
