Dairy Freeze Restaurant

This place is awful, spent 20 minutes in line… then my wife asked for extra caramel on her sundae and the old lady said… honey I gave you a whole ladle…. Wait what? We asked to pay for extra caramel and she turned us down, was extremely rude and shook her head as we drove away… the place is gross, run down and the owner is extremely rude… even the employee was getting yelled at for offering sauce with the chicken fries… unbelievable… stay far far away!

Honestly, the food is good...but they are slow. Plus, the owner does not care about customer service or being nice to her employees. That's why she can't keep any. Being nice goes a long way.

The food is good, however these people are always mean and slower than slow. I expect to wait for made-to-order food, but this is ridiculous! They won't even sell me a cup of ice and extremely stingy w/condiments. I have to get my nerves ready to deal w/some bs when I want a good hot-dog or travel. It's a shame to have good food and the service is so nasty! By the way, go back to the fresh meat burgers!

Super neat restaurant my Wife Valerie and I happened upon on our trip to Burgaw. You can not dine in at the moment, but the burgers 🍔 are great and so are the milkshakes! The employees are really nice. Great prices! Go there and eat lots!

Great food & my favorite burger! Though they cook everything right as you order it, it's worth the wait. Love the ice cream too! A southern comfort food as it's finest.
