Dairy Belle

I love to go here with my mother to get Ice cream throughout the year. I personally love the Jack n the box, Shark attack, Monster, and Cookie Monster. They disappointed me today when I received my Cookie Monster with very few balls of cookie dough in one place except around the ice cream. They also gave me very little ice cream. I know this is not normal because I have gotten the Cookie Monster to many times to count and it has never been this small. I am dissatisfied and will be returning hoping for better service, since this is not a regular occurrence. If this happens more times, I may have to stop giving them my business. Other than that, the ice cream is great and the service is quick. I recommend to my friends and family.

Great place to come to get a good dessert and more. I got myself a cone and I told them I wanted it to be big like the John Hancock Building and they did great. I also got myself a polish beef because I saw they had Vienna Beef products. I enjoyed my items that I purchased. Next time I will try a sundae but as you can see they have such a wide selection of items.

Stopped in after a day at the beach, and enjoyed ourselves. Cute inside! Love the art piece of the cow. The staff was pleasant. The ice cream treats were delicious. And the hot dog hit the spot.

I really love Dairy Bell, so I hate to leave this review, but my visit today was a little disappointing. I ordered a hot fudge brownie delight and didn’t realize it came with nuts. When I mentioned it at the window, I wasn’t expecting a free replacement—just some kind of option or explanation. Instead, I was offered nothing, which felt dismissive and rude.

previous trip i had an order totalling out to 16.67 and I unfortunately had exactly 16.65 ( two pennies short , I know my fault) and was told " oh well that's not my problem we're not going to pay for you sir" which baffled me since I've been coming here about twice a week for over a decade. Thought OK well the 2 cents is my fault. tried using the only other cash I had ( a 100 dollar bill ) and was told they would not accept it while they took the cones back from us. Been coming forever so thought it was a fluke until just now when I was literally told the melted ice cream they handed me was my fault. to clarify I do understand how to use the term 'literally' and have been a patron here longer than these two cashiers have been alive. 2 pennies and my apparent egregious lack of soft serve
