Cutters Point Coffee

Coffee drive thru place. No walk up window, but they'll let you walk up to the drive thru window. People are very nice and they have a good amount of sugar free options. Coffee is getting more expensive all over and this is mid-range price. Overall, I'd come again

The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to price. My iced coffee, a 16oz with caramel/cream/sugar, cost $6.70. To me, that is pricey for a simple iced coffee. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. The staff are kind and patient. I even heard them greeting customers by their names, which shows how they provide positive experiences and retain customers. This has been the best tasting iced coffee I’ve had within the Lakewood/JBLM area. Instead of going to Starbucks or Dutch Bros, I recommend stopping by Cutter’s Point for quality coffee & customer service.

Loved it! I'm on a calorie deficit and she was very patient and helpful with my questions regarding nutritional facts on their toppings. And my coffee tasted soo good! Also had a warmed bagle for my kids with cc on the side. It was toasted to perfection 👌

Staff were excellent. Appear to be clean. White chocolate mocha was excellent!

Best coffee and service. I love this location, I don’t know their name, but the individual with short hair and glasses is amazing. The staff is always kind and accommodating, coffee is made with love and they remember returning customers.
