Cut River Grille

Parents came to Michigan from LA to visit and Servers were very kind and always kept our drinks full. Food was awesome. i might be wrong with the name of the food we ate but, Higgins Philly, walleye roast and (shrimp tacos?). All 5 stars. as soon as we walked in we could see the Bar was full of customers for lunch time and that says it all for me. Side note* dont talk politics with the fam when eating an awesome meal. An excellent restaurant in Roscommon Michigan. The London Broil is incredible. The Olive Burger is delicious. There are of drink options and specials.

Great place with great specials! Live music too! There’s awesome cross country skiing nearby so this is a great place to stop after to refuel!

We had dinner from the Cut River Grille for the second time last night. The first time was takeout and the second we dined in. It was very busy, even on a snowy night. I believe Trinity was our server. We have been impressed with the food and service, especially considering there aren’t many restaurants in the area and usually they just serve fried bar food. We’ve had some of the grinder sandwiches, the beef stroganoff, and the French dip. All were really good. We recently purchased a second home in the area and like having a place with decent quality food near by. Will definitely be back!

Wow. I haven’t been up to the Higgins Lake area in quite some time, so I was surprised and impressed to pop into this restaurant. This is the restaurant that the area was lacking for quite some time. They had a great selection of craft cocktails, and a wide variety of wines. The menu is fantastic and includes something for everyone. I had the pumpkin spice Mule and the shrimp paradelle in Pomodoro sauce. The shrimp were so big I actually had to cut them with a knife! The noodles were homemade, and the sauce was too. All around it was a very good dining experience. I was seated quickly and my waitress was very friendly and attentive as well as the manager. Next time I am up here, I will definitely be back.
