Cured & Whey

I’m giving this place 5 stars for its uniqueness and overall concept. I stopped in for lunch and only a turkey sandwich and tomato basil soup, so I didn’t sample their charcuterie boards or specialty items, which seem to be their main draw. I’m in town for work, but if I lived here, I’d definitely come back to try their meats and cheeses, they have an excellent selection. The turkey sandwich was just okay. At first I thought the ciabatta bread was the issue, but even the fillings themselves were a bit bland. The tomato basil soup was good, though slightly bitter. Overall, a great concept and worth a visit, especially for their curated meats and cheeses!

Great experience! We got a charcuterie board and they customized it per our dietary needs (no pork or mushrooms). Everything was lovely. The soups were delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful bmyet not obtrusive. 9000/10 recommend.

Phenomenal little spot with more meats and cheese than I could ever eat. Great selections and for the quality they serve a decent price.

Great spot to grab food on way out of Vegas. Attention to detail and love in every sandwich. Porchetta Pepper sandwich a must try.

Great selection of gourmet deli sandwiches. Highly recommend their Cuban or prosciutto truffle panini.
