Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

The food was ok, but the service and dining room were horrible! I received an email with an offer for their new Korean chicken wings, but wanted to be sure that it was accepted at this location so before we ordered I asked and was told that yes, they would honor the deal. We placed our order and paid. While waiting for our food I noticed that the bill was higher than I expected so I went back to the register and asked them to double check my purchase and that I was given the discounted prices. Come to find out the person behind the counter never gave me the sale price. When I enquired about it she asked her co-worker "Do we even have this deal?" I specifically asked her before ordering and she confirmed! There were no other customers after me so how did she forget so quickly!?! Luckily her

This place is alright. The food is decent, portion size it good on everything but the protein in the bowls, I feel like 3 slices of katsu chicken is pretty small for a $15 bowl. It was tasty, just not a lot. We also tried the BBQ beef, it had great flavor but was definitely sitting a while. The BBQ pork was good and the krispy fried chicken was nice as well. The mandoo are just basic dumplings, nothing special. The kimchi was great, but I was put off by the dirty 1/4 full cambro of it just sitting on the counter. I really didn't like that there is no description of ANY sauce that goes on the bowls other than spice levels. There were like 7 sauces on my bowl, coming out of half empty bottles on the counter with no labels or dates. Something I would definitely change. This place has potentia

Customizable quick Korean eats . I was able to modify easily for a vegan bowl . ( tofu / veggies ) You can also choose your spice levels . Prices were reasonable. Service was good . The place needs a good deep clean , lobby and bathrooms were sticky

Great food, fresh and delicious. I always try to have a different combo of the proteins. Employees are friendly and informative. The sit down area is somewhat bland, but you're there to eat so not a deal breaker. Go get a cup, get your points, and eat up.

Food is delicious but they need to invest in a window washer, window shades and a steam cleaner. Place is filthy. Every inch of that place needs to be hosed down. The windows are smeared and you can only sit in the corner because the sun shines in your face. They have great customer service and delicious food but I won’t ever eat there again. If the dining area looks that dirty , I can’t imagine the kitchen.
