I loved this place to where I got. My daughter and niece hooked on eating here but in the last three months, the food quality and service has been subpar today. I ordered a meal that didn’t even come in a bowl and asked for number three level but got the red hot sauce that blew my palate out I couldn’t even eat the rest of the dish. Since this is the second incident, I will not be returning to all new customers, Good luck!
Normally it’s a 10/10 here but they seem to have fallen off the pay few time I’ve gotten food from here. Today I ordered 2 bowls through Postmates. I expected it to be one the warm side , but it was cold , greasy and there was no sauce. It’s always better to go in person I guess
This is my first time trying this place and it'll be my last. There's hardly any sauce, the fries are cold and soggy, and the bowl is barely edible. The pork I asked for was burnt. The chicken was a little black, but it doesn’t matter because it tastes like it was cooked on/in dirty appliances with grease that is days old. The food honestly tastes like the smell of a firepit. What a disappointment for the price.
Cupbop can be good when they get it right, but it’s really hit or miss. One time the rice was undercooked and the meat tasted tough and a bit old. When it’s fresh, it’s solid comfort food, but the inconsistency makes it hard to rely on.
I'm new to the area and I went to get one as I enjoyed Korean food in Korea, I have to say it was quite delicious. I got a beef ball with vegetables and rice and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely come back for takeout
