Cup and Cone

First-time customer. I ordered online and arrived by the arrival time. I was told the order was not made yet. They informed me there are no bananas for the banna split. But they did offer to make it without the banna. I appreciated the effort and agreed, but that was just to save time. In my opinion, the price was high for a small portion. Also, It was very difficult and messy to transport home. Hard to believe they have no take out containers or I wasn't offered any. Sadly, this experience cost me over 20 dollars and was not worth it 🥲

We found the Cup and Cone while taking a day trip in New Hampshire. Very cute and clean place. The ice cream shop has ice cream of course, but also speciality coffees and speciality drinks. Hungry? Delicious breakfast options, cupcakes, cotton candy, etc. Too much to list. Wish we had a Cup and Cone where I live, so I could try out all the options.

Ice Cream is amazing, and there's nothing quite like it in the Coos County! I can't speak for the coffee. Never tried it. The interior is amazing, and with a nearby restaurant (The Hydro Tavern) you can get coupons for both of the locations! It's a genius system. Finally, the ice cream options. I know they just use pre-made ice cream, as for every other location in NH, but the options that they order?! Immaculate.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches online... The Mt Washington and The White Mountain. I also ordered a small cinnamon bun hot coffee and got a snapple apple for my son. The app said that they were running behind on my order and that I should call the shop, so thats what I did. I wish I had gotten the girls name, as she was very friendly and professional. They were just very busy and would get my order ready right away. I had my order delivered by RAL Delivery, whom I also highly recommend. Both breakfast sandwiches were delicious as was the coffee. I definitely recommend Cup & Cone for breakfast, coffee, and ice cream... friendly staff and great food.

I think it's great that we have an ice cream shop in town that sells good ice cream for an okay price. I go here frequently and don't intend on changing that anytime soon. I agree with a few of these other reviews though... (1) The music can be deafeningly loud from outside the door, let alone inside. I don't want to feel like I'm ag a concert screaming an order to a friend who's standing right next to me. (2) The online menus are not accurate. For example, it advertises ice cream tacos and sandwiches as if you can customize them (all customizations are $.50 each). None of this is accurate. They are around $8.99 or $9.99 and you get what you get. Even if they only have pumpkin spice ice cream or cake batter ice cream as pre-made options and no normal flavors. They cannot be customized as
