Culver’s

I am a regular Customer and no better the anyone. However, The service today at West Allis Culver was horrible. Taking the order disaster. PAY AT THE WINDOWS $17.70 BUT THE ORDER $13.72 HOWEVER , WAS CHARGE CORRECTLY. The order walk to car by person with attitude problems. The prompt me to inspect my food in of sandwich soggy wet . And only 3 price grill onions. Normally a good location I walk inside got refund I attempted to explain it to manger on duty . He was clueless and still didn't understand the reason for not please. The crew over staff 19 people or more and still can get it correct. I hate see the manpower and sales. Order a butterbuger just ketchup and pickles nothing else got everything on there. The young lady didn't listen so when I tried to remake it they wanted to charge me for another burger like take your headphones off and pay attention. I will never eat here again done with being disrespected by even a manager the lady had one headphone in and nothing was done. Back in my day when you worked fast food it was fast done right and we couldn't have headphones in. What was really disrespectful is how they laughed after I left and my girlfriends dad came in and the young lady told her I need help.

Always great food!! EDIT: I went through the drive-thru at this location (HWY 100/ West Allis) around 5pm. Everyone knows you have to wait for your food at Culver's, especially during heavy traffic times. I ordered, and pulled up to the window to pay. I was immediately given my food at the window.. which seemed odd. I drove home, which is only 5 minutes away. Took my food out of the bag to find a lukewarm Butterburger and barely warm fries. I called and spoke with the manager. He sounded annoyed (not as annoyed as I was), and said he would send me a replacement coupon in the mail. Needless to say, I never received it. I will go out of my way to go to a different Culver's the next time I have a taste for their food!!

This is usually my go to culvers in the area but today was just different. I waited forever to get my food and then I had to turn around because they forgot my fries with the exception of two single ones in the bag. My fish sandwich was extra greasy and tasted weird. They also put a chunk of inedible lettuce on it. I'll be giving this location a break for a while.

I went to order a sandwich on 6/22/25 at 3:44 pm. Just a single butterburger with cheese, grilled onions, and mustard. I received a sandwich what was falling apart and butter burger with bacon and the works. I called to let them know I got the wrong burger and was told I'll be give a refund since I paid with card. After a few minutes someone else got on the phone and said they can't do that and I could only receive a new burger ( i live 20 minutes away). So I wasn't going back. I was annoyed because it was a basic burger and I could tell whoever the 2nd person was that got on the phone did not care they made an error. He could've offered me a meal certificate since I had to drive back and didnt even do that. Horrible service and meat crumbled like dog food. Im over culvers and won't be b
