Culver’s

Bathroom and dining area was gross. We were one of the first customers of the day and the place looked like it hasn't been cleaned for days. Makes me question quality of the food and prep area. The bathroom had a used latex glove on the floor, all garbages and filthy walls. They need to higher someone to clean.

Could not tell you how many Culver's burgers I've had over the years. No issues here. So, I ordered a double cheeseburger here. When I received my order I only had one patty on my burger. I went back in and vocalized my dispute. I then got a burger patty in a box. This was peculiar. I did however return to my vehicle and addedbthe second patty to my then single burger and thus didn't have any problems. Wasn't charged for the single patty in a box so, really, no harm-no foul. Won't keep me from returning. 🫡

Got take out yesterday and was very disappointed. I waited in the pick up area for 15 minutes past my designated pick up time, the hot food was cold and the ice cream was melted. They forgot my root beers and I waited another 5min for this to come out, and they were wrong. There was supposed to be a regular root beer with ice and one diet without ice. Neither had ice and they weren’t marked. Because my mom is allergic to diet soda I had to throw one out, we couldn’t take a chance. The chicken tenders were mushy textured, the rest of the food was fine but cold.

genuinely the worst culver's i've ever been to. regardless if i go inside, go through the drive thru, order through doordash/uber, it doesn't matter. every single time i have ordered here they mess something up. one time it was the wrong toppings, minor inconvenience, nbd. one time they forgot my onion rings, okay. more annoying. one time i ordered in the drive thru, and had to literally scream at the order taker because she couldn't hear me, i understand that's not their fault, but Culver's as a company should fix that issue for them. another time i had ordered a cooler & they gave me an entirely different drink. this time, i ordered on doordash, they don't have a root beer float option, so i got a root beer & a pint of vanilla custard so i could make myself one while im at home studying.

I love Culver’s but this was the worst order I had , I ordered a grilled onion single butter burger , it didn’t have no mayo no lettuce no nothing just dry burger , I think I should just stick on the other Culver’s by highway 10 , since these one people don’t know what they’re doing!!! Before I forget it was cold after a 5 minute drive don’t get me started on how sick I felt afterwards!!!
