Culver’s

Showed up at 9pm to dine in with friends (an hour before close) and Olivia one of the staff members shouted towards the back “Hey there’s 5 people that just showed up.” After we ate our meal some of us went back up to get ice cream. We were looking at the menu to figure out what we wanted and Olivia the same staff member looked at our friend in a rude tone and said “Are you going to order?” I have always had a positive experience at this location but this service was extremely disappointing. I understand coming in closer to closing but there was still one hour before close when we came in. I will not be returning to this location.

It’s Culver’s!! You’re going to get great FRESH food, every time. This location is no exception. Fantastic food. Always very fresh. Double butter burger with bacon is too good. I would love a couple ketchup packets included in the bag. But you can get over that with how good the service and food is. Shout out to Cheryl for being so sweet!

Food was okay. Definitely not what it was hyped up to be and the service was the worst we've received at any fast food restaurant. We're usually pretty understanding and not in any rush but there was an issue with our order (we placed a large order so it was something that could be expected, but the manager was absolutely rude and snobby. She refused to even remotely try to make it right. She just said "you're not getting free food" as if that's what we expected when it wasn't the case at all. We won't go to a Culver's again. Never been to any fast food place with such a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps with better management it wouldn't be so bad, but this was definitely the absolute worst experience.

Always clean, always courteous, always delicious. 100% excellently managed restaurant. I recommend the butter burger, the cod, adding fried shrimp, the chocolate malts, and turtle sundaes.

I ate out with a special friend. We had a great lunch. Great service! Great food. Just a really great time!!!
