Just wanted to give a big shout out to James. He was one of the guys at the front check in that took my order. He was super patient as and kind even know what was absolutely insane with all the new people coming in. The burgers are great. It's really cool to have a Midwest restaurant in the upper peninsula. As well as it was so kind of James when I brought my two boys up he was super patient with them and I really think he deserves a lot of credit for all hard work he does.

I didnt mind it is busy, its new. Th3y give you a number to place on your table, and even then asked for your name, not sure why. Then they asked hownto spell my name and even then not even close. They asked what kind of soda, but you get it yourself, no brains behind the register. You will have to repeat yourself 5 times minimum. She couldn't even understand when the person in front asked for theor cup she just replied "I dont know" and went on with my order. The food isnt as good as it looks. The grilled chicken bearly has lettuce on it to say there's any and it was pure fatty meat., then they didn't bring sauce for the cheese curd thst come auto with them. Dont waost your time with long wait. Not worth the hype

Stopped by around 7:30pm, expecting it to be busy as it was the day after the grand opening. The staff were very friendly and composed, even with all the traffic and customers and the wait was not long. The burgers, fries, and pretzel bites were amazing! Thank you for the awesome experience, can't wait to go back again!

THANK YOU MANAGER HUNTER FOR GOING ALL THE WAY BACK IN THE STORE JUST SO MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE A PUP CUP FOR OUR FUR BABY!! when I asked I felt bad to make you run all of the way back in especially when I didn't have cash to thank you!! You said "absolutely" and got that pup cup so fast !!! Thank you so much for taking care of my littles desires (I was suppose to ask at the window, she would NOTTT leave it alone!!).. you totally saved me by doing it!

Wow. The employees actually have a personality. Very friendly. Burger, fries, curds, and shake were all good. Such a change from other local chains seeing actual humans that not only acknowledge your existence, but genuinely seem to care and smile. Way to set the bar in town.
