Customer Reviews
Disappointing Culver’s experience… Went to redeem my 25% off coupon for joining their club. The older lady helping was very excited to stiffler the rules and point out it just expired. An odd energy. That was a bummer figuring out the discount expired. So, I opted for just an ice cream…DAWG this ice cream was so sad looking. Mostly whipped cream?? Ive NEVER seen an ice cream a 1/3 of the way full at Culver’s?? Cmon… Is this franchise hurting? Prices went up. Discounts came back, but they expired quickly. Then skimping on ice cream? What’s up? Sad to see the economy even wreck havoc on the typically good service here.
Culver’s is one of those fast food chains that rarely let you down. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are welcoming and do whatever they can to give you an enjoyable experience. Culver’s is a Midwest staple and I recommend this to anyone who wants fantastic and affordable food.
We stopped after a morning of shopping. We rarely eat inside, but were tired after all the walking we had done. The dine in experience is very different from drive up. It was just much more relaxed, and better. My food was never wrapped tightly in a box or. Ag. The lettuce was fresh, tomatoes crunchy in my side salad. The mushroom and Swiss burger was hot and well seasoned. My husband had a burger and onion rings. He said the rings were really good. The soda machine was full of ice and had a large variety of side drinks. The wait time for our food was short, even with most of the tables being filled. I felt like the restaurant was clean, uncluttered and easy to navigate. The windows looking out were clean. I felt like it was a much better experience then drive through if you ga
I just wanted to say that everytime I go here with my family (Girl friend, mom, my grandmother) the staff are always so sweet and nice. They never mess up our orders and are very helpful. Autumn and a few gals fixed a signage post that had been defaced unfortunately and were very pleasant about it to me and my girlfriend, cause my girl friend noticed it when we were eating. There was also a very polite young man a few days ago that made me laugh at the drive through cause he was doing a very enthusiastic voice. Thats what I love about Culver's. This location is so wonderful unlike the other location.
Bacon deluxe was delicious and was the best burger ive had from a fast food restaurant.
