Culver’s

Woah… most shocking Culver’s experience ever. Maybe I’m just shocked because they have the best service ever — all the time! I think the kid was just super high. Maybe I threw him off because when I walked up to the register, I asked how the price of the Culver’s deluxe single basket compared to the crispy chicken basket. But dawg still… He didn’t get what I was asking but punched in the deluxe basket after a little back and forth. Then the chicken basket. After punching in the chicken, he was like, “oh ok, they come with the same thing. They’re the same.” Then I said, “ahh, the chicken basket is $2 more. I’ll have a single deluxe basket.” Now…I repeated every part of the order at least twice. Single. Said X2. With honey mustard. Swap the drink for a mixer. X2. Mixer ingredients. X3.

While I love the food and large menu, the service is subpar. My food order was 1/2 wrong and called them as I live far away. The managers answer was come back that evening or wait for their owner the next day to consider a partial refund. No refund came, not even a phone call. I ended up disputing the transaction through my card. Stay away from this location…clearly they could care less on good service and can’t even empower their manager to issue a silly $20 refund. Wow just wow

These folks were wonderful in every aspect. We were entering with my friends elderly father. They saw us coming and moved quickly to hold open both doors for us to help with getting him inside safely. I was so touched by their acts of compassion. THANK YOU so very much. Of course as always, the food was fantastic!

I heard three four letter swear words from employees while standing at the counter. If there were kids standing there I would have had words for them, but I’ll just leave this review. Please be more respectful to your customers who come to Culver’s for the clean environment, including the language.

I went into the drive thru and ordered a decent amount of food for one person, I thought it would take a few minutes, but I immediately got my food and a smile from the workers. The food was great, I have no complaints and would recommend this Culvers to anyone.
