Worst Culver's experience ever. My husbands first time at Culver's was this location a few years back and has not been back since. I have never had to wait as long as we did for our food. When we did finally receive our food, everything was so bland and tasteless. Very unlike Culver's. We then ordered custard at the end of our meal and waited over 15 minutes. I went up to the counter to check the status and the cashier told me they were really backed up. I understand, but the screen behind him had literally one order pending...I asked for a refund since it was going to take too long to get our simple custard orders. Wasted 3 scoopie coupons to not even get custard.

Had the strangest experience in the drive thru today Ordering a kids meal with a dish of the flavor of the day We stated we did not want the drink that is part of the kids meal I said i would pay for the meal but just not take the drink Was told i had to take the drink even a cup of water So took the cup of water and while waiting for the meal threw the water in the trash can its not like I was trying to cheat the business out of money I was very willing to pay the price without the drink Smh! The food was great even though the ranch i requested was not included so i went inside to get it

Busy place. Great service. The lady at the drive through was very professional and friendly. We had a order for 5 and never peeled rushed despite the lines. Missing a couple of items...

Being an alpena native....please find this review as nothing but feedback to help improve. As we want you to succeed here in lowell. We are frequent customers to this location. A few months ago we stopped coming because the burgers were nothing but completely dried out. We decided to see if you have improved the burgers a few times since then. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and we have permanently stopped coming to this location. Thank you for listening and we are still rooting for this location.
