We went through the drive through this morning and received the best customer service - we had asked for a Biggby point card after we had already paid for our drinks. The barista was unsure if she could still point them, which we didn’t mind - but another employee overheard and came over to show her how we could still receive the points after payment! It was so kind when they could have just let us drive off. small gestures like that are why we love this location!
I love going to Biggby the have amazing breakfast bagels and energy drinks! My favorite is the Sasuage Egg and Cheese on an Everything Bagel and the Electric Dragon is top tier 👌 Clean atmosphere and friendly staff!
Friendly fun staff. Our beverages ☕️ and food orders were correct 😋
Service and drinks are always great. They take a whole but I understand it’s made to order. Got my coffee today around 3:45 and she did an amazing job with the whipped cream. Thanks!
Katie was awesome and helpful with picking out what I wanted to drink. She was patient and friendly. Kick ass place to get coffee. Don't go anywhere else!!
