Culver’s

I’m saddened to be writing this review of what used to be my favorite burger place. I thought I’d order some tonight and I honestly wish I would’ve just went somewhere else. I was delivered a burger with HAIR in it ( stuck to the bun look closely) 🤮 and then for my daughter also a burger that was so old the cheese was melted, dried up and hardened. What makes people think it’s okay to serve this? I’m shocked and disgusted. Do yourself a favor and save your money before you go here unless you like hair in your food.

Came at dinner time, staff was friendly, food was hot and came quickly. Shoutout to Bri, very helpful and happy!

One of our favorite places to eat. The food is great and the people are even better! We have been going since it opened and feel like the employees are family. They have the best reubens in town.

I liked them, but at that time, nothing felt truly exceptional. Today, however, I finally had the chance to visit the restaurant in person with my entire family to pick up our meal — and the experience was completely different. We absolutely loved it! The place is beautiful, very clean, and has a positive, welcoming atmosphere. The service was outstanding — truly ultra, mega friendly and attentive. My sourdough burger was underwhelming and honestly just wasn't good. When we walked in there were at least 8 employees standing or leaning on the front counter. They scattered like ants when people walked inside. One girl finally walked up to the register. Never said a word. Just stood there. Like we're supposed to be mindreaders. Very weird experience. It'll a a while before we return. Maybe a manager can get them straightened out. My husband said his food was "just ok"
