Culver’s

I’ve been lucky enough to travel all over the country, and I grew up in Wisconsin, so I’ve been to maybe 100 Culver’s locations, and this was the first one I can ever recall that was dirty and where the employees couldn’t have cared less that we were there. The food was, thankfully, hot and fresh, but that’s where my compliments of this location stop.

Food is above average as it goes for fast food. As a cheese head the fried cheese curds are a must. Burgers are reliably decent. They have really good root beer. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Place was well kept and cleaned up promptly after patrons leave.

The Culvers we visited was clean and the food and service were great as usual. Hot great food delivered to the table quick. I always get the cod because it's one of the few convenient dining places that serve real cod. The kids love the salad and veggie burgers. I would visit there again.

I have never had much issues with this location, but my willingness to come here has probably gone out the window. After telling the clerk my order, I was given a "You're going to need to give me more information than that". I'm sorry, excuse me? That's your job to ask me information, I was then ran around the ringer about cheese and toppings for a B U R G E R. The person who came up after me was given a "Oh and do you want cheese on that?" from the same clerk (an older woman, didn't get her name unfortunately, and if it was on the receipt she didn't give me one). I didn't think that ordering a burger would make me walk away angry, but boy it sure did. I get better service from Taco Bell or McDonalds. You are a burger place in a town full of burger joints. I ordered a single Swiss burger. The meat was burnt and taste like it had been burnt on a dirty grill. The mushrooms were absolutely dripping grease and the cheese wasn’t the least bit melty. I noticed the lady at the table next to us had peeled most of her burnt burger away and had discarded it as well. Very disappointing meal.
