Great tasting burgers and fries. The wait at the line was not bad at all plus the employees here are very nice and helpful assisting customers. They have a nice selection of food on their menu and won’t be disappointed at all.

It's also incredibly slow and over priced. But other than that it's just great.. Not the first time at this location, likely just a bad seed franchisee as every other local I've stopped at is pretty uniform. 12/18/23 you'll notice as you scroll down all the bad reviews will be responded to with some type of meaningless corporate word salad inviting the reviewer to fill out some " official" complaint on their corporate website. We are traveling from Iowa to eastern Illinois and stopped for a bite to take with us @ your Culvers. We were welcomed by a pleasant young lady at the drive through window as we headed to use your restroom, which was clean by the way. Donovan, the young man who took our order was a breath of fresh air! He asked specific questions and his response when we answered was "I got you!" He was polite, happy, professional and just downright day brightening! You have him exactly where he should be, greeting customers and taking orders! We left smiling! Thank you

No one greeted or welcome me in like normal (i haven’t been in a few months) the Woman who took my order was very dismissive and did not act like she wanted anything to do with me. food was okay. but i waited entirely too long for just one salad when they were not busy.

I love this place. Juice burgers, flaky most fish, and the custard, oh my. So good. But, if at all possible try not to go right after church on Sunday. Packed!
