Culver’s

Frankfort IN Location: Everytime I go I wait forever for my food. For example I went in last night and waited 26 min for my food while there was 5 workers standing there. It ended up being wrong. Also this was my sandwich - the cheese was stuck to the paper and when I peeled it off the ink stuck. No matter what my food is always wrong. Also you only gave me cheese when I ordered a double cheeseburger…. Please see the picture below 👇

We would often drive to Lebanon just for Culver's because it really is pretty good. First couple of times we visited here in Frankfort, something was always wrong. Gave them some time to get things in order. Now a couple months later & can't say any better at all. We did receive all of our order this time but quality is far lower than any other Culver's ever visited. The driest patties for our "butter burgers" & EXTRA grilled onions was one very small ring. No bananas for the custard, which was already melting & soupy by the time we received it. I wish this was a better review but by now things should be done correctly. Please serve something you would want to eat yourself, especially for the price paid.

Cleanest public bathrooms I think I’ve ever been in. High school kids working and learning skills. Quiet, nice atmosphere. It was very nice.

Another location that meets brand standards. Can't go wrong with a Culver's butter burger. Check this one off the list!

Frankfort, IN location-- We had a party of 11 last night. With it being a Friday evening, I didn't expect them to have the room for us, but Michelle made it happen. I had stopped in to talk to her earlier in the day, and she was more than willing to help out. The food was great. Everything was hot, made right, and was brought out quickly. Thanks again Michelle for everything you and your team did for us!
