Biggby Coffee

I am a regular here. I usually order an iced latte with vanilla, honey, and sweet foam. It doesn't disappoint. I have also ordered an iced matcha latte and their matcha is really good in my opinion. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Recently, they have started to recognize me and my order. It makes me feel special. Which I think is an important touch in the customer service field. I definitely recommend them as one of the go-to coffee spots in Frankfort. They are kinda pricey but worth it, in my opinion.

It's a nice coffee shop. Not much seating but most of the time the drive through looks busy. I think the sizes are larger than that national chain you see on every corner in cities. My wife likes the non coffee options and stops in frequently for them.

The lady with dark blond hair (or light brown hair), who worked the drive-thru this morning, is the person I've had the past few times. She is sweet, knowledgeable, always upsells, and is always willing to give the most popular option along with what her favorites are. I'm not a frequent coffee goer, but her demeanor and professionalism keep me coming back, and they are quick!

The workers helped me crafted up a drink based off my likings and my drink came out super tasty! Thank you!

The young ladies behind the counter made the experience of what I love and miss about small businesses. Very clean and inviting and just what Frankfort needs on that side of town! Way to go💯
