Culver’s

I am not from the area, so Culver's was a new name to me. The food is good enough that it is usually my go-to meal before work... Too bad that every time I order the Large Pretzel Bites, I only get a medium. Literally every time. The burgers taste good but the employees seem to pick and choose which toppings they prefer to put on that day. Are the napkins next to the Large Bites? I havent received napkins once. Poor staff. Poor Service. Good food.

we love the value baskets, they are the way to go for the money. the service is usually great and ordering ahead has always been the best way to order, they get it out fast even though the line is out of the parking lot.

I’m not sure why this location can’t figure out how to make mint concretes correctly. This is the third time we have gotten them here and the mint syrup is all at the top- bright green and not mixed in well at all. They are also extra soupy compared to the other concretes in our order. Maybe the mint syrup thins it out? When we get them at the Arnold location they are great every time. Service was great, very polite and prompt. Spicy chicken fingers were smaller than expected, but very good. Ordered a burger with everything and there was so ketchup or mustard on it, added it at home. Overall not bad, just disappointed in the mint concretes.

Walked in and waited for a regisyer to open up one did but i thought maybe the person at the register had to do something like clean up their space so i wated patiently the others had registers had multiple orders they were still standing at their register but now didnt ask if i could be helped or if i was helped but when some other customer came in he immedetly asked if he could help them that pissed me off so i asked to see the manager to no avail excuses

Went to Culver’s with our 3 year old granddaughter. We got her the 2 chicken strip meal. Complete with the blue finger from a glove. Took them back up to the counter for exchange. No one apologized. They even shower the to the manager
