Culver’s

It was fun to try something new like Culver's. My wife's a nutter fanatic, so it's right up her alley.

Went through the drive through, waited for dinner for my family. Got it home and realized that the family sized cheese curd was not in the bag. That is an expensive item to not receive so I drove back up there to get them. Staff offered no apologies just said to pull foward and wait, I waited again for my corrected order. When I got home I opened the bag and it was a side of pretzels. It was pretty disappointing to drive back up a second time to get something I didnt even want and paid for.

Even though the food was good. The wait on was bad. Then when finally getting our order it was all wrong. Had to go up to the counter 3 times till they got our order right. We love Culver’s and we understand they are new and it does get hectic. The manager was polite and apologized and refund some of our order in which I thank her. All in all it’s a very nice place and good food. I do recommend them.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at the Dundee location today. I’ve been a long-time fan of Culver’s, but the "single scoop" of custard I was served was absolutely minuscule. It didn’t even come close to the standard 4.5-5 ounce portion that Culver’s is known for. It looked more like a sample than a paid serving. It is incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a premium product only to be handed something so undersized. The kitchen staff and management need to get their act together and ensure they aren't handing off subpar portions to paying customers. A "single" shouldn't look like a mistake. Until this location can figure out how to provide a consistent, honest scoop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Do better.

Awesome staff gave us a pup cup without us even asking very friendly drive through people every one of them!
