Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dundee, MI

The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that it's a little bit dated... Like it does not have USB ports in the rooms. But you hardly notice because the rooms are clean. The linens are nice. The towels are nice. The pool works the spa works The breakfast is wonderful The parking is easy there are restaurants you can walk to directly across the street Many choices I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW NICE THE STAFF IS! Especially Jada!!! She should get recognition for what an awesome customer service person she is on the phone and in person! And the super nice manager, whose name that I did not get... I wish every hotel experience was as nice as this one because I travel often!!

It was quiet, clean. A little worn in certain areas, but not a real negative. The breakfast bar area was exceptional. Very clean and well maintained by the woman working there. Plenty of choices, didn’t go away hungry. Expressed my gratitude to the hostess. Only concern was the total amount charged was not on the credit card receipt I signed, but a lower amount than the total charge, with taxes added on the receipt slid under the door in the morning. Total amount should be listed at check-in time when the card is charged. No surprises later on. Over all was pleased that we were able to have a quiet, clean room after a long day of travel. Thank you.

Traveling alone as a woman for work can be nerve wracking sometimes; but the staff made me feel safe and well taken care of while I stayed. I was there for 2 weeks and by room was well cleaned and taken care of. I never needed to ask for anything. The breakfast in the mornings was so nice to have other options then just cereal. All the staff I did see was always smiling and always working o something. 10 out of 10 would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling in this area and will definitely stay again when i am back in this area.

We stayed here for NYE just as a little inexpensive getaway with friends and our kiddos. Overall great for the value. Next door to st julian and we did a wine tasting. The hotel is very laid back, friendly staff, older building but still well kept. Free breakfast. We all loved the pool and the hot tub. Only complaint is they need to adjust the chemicals in the pool. Lots of chlorine. Our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing alot. Thankfully we were able to open the windows in the pool area and that helped with the fumes from the chlorine. But the hotel really needs to fix that and I would give it a 5 star 🌟

Family friendly, with a nice pool and hot tub. Couldn’t ask for anything more a as a father traveling with two kids for Christmas break. Best part, is the smoke free hotel, nice to be able to walk around inside the hotel and not smell pot and cigarettes in the hallways.
