Customer Reviews
Great Culver’s. Lobby/seating area was clean. Great Butterburger and frozen custard in taste, quality and temperature. Employees were friendly. Will stop by again when visiting cross plains or coming back from black earth.
Stopped and ordered 4 dishes of ice cream. Took OVER 20 minutes, while we sat and watched several workers standing behind the counter talking, doing not much of anything. We asked about our ice cream and they just nodded and continued to do nothing. Never have we been to a Culver's where it's taken this long... they weren't even busy. 3 tables occupied. We were respectful and patient, but the workers seemed to really be slacking off. Extremely disappointed and likely won't be coming back to this Culver's. Wouldn't recommend anytime soon.
3rd consecutive time they have forgotten my kids milk , my own fault for not checking the bag before I got home , figured they would remember this time . As well as them putting a mini tender thing in which I don’t really care about just pretty funny . Food is good but being this forgetful this many times is interesting to say the least
3 visits and 3 incorrect orders received from curdside pickup. I've never had an issue with any other Culvers locations besides this one. Parking lot is a nightmare and only 2 curdside parking spots available that are often occupied by people eating inside. I think I'm done with this location and I'll just drive the extra distance to reach a better run location.
After a long day collecting seeds and photos & scientific observation, nothing better than a Culver's Medium Chocolate Concrete Mixer with ample large chunks of Oreos mixed in. After a warm early autumn afternoon walking around for 7 hrs on the steep hillsides of Festge County Park nearby, this was a welcome break to a busy very active day spent volunteering. The custard goes down smooth and luscious as always, it's cooling effect on one's bodily functions is almost immediate. A major reason I frequent Culver's during spring to fall months is the cooling custard and it's soothing, calming effect on your nervous system.
