Culver’s

This culvers has really gone down hill last few months, the last 2 times my order is wrong! First time, 2 weeks ago large fries today 10 mins ago I spend 37.00 and Im missing a large fries(I get home and realize my double butterburger was missing also, Management needs to do better, Im done paying premium and waiting to get my order wrong

It was okay, the bread wasn’t super fresh, ice cream was a bit too sweet. Burger was decent though.

Welcomed immediately upon entering restaurant. Atmosphere bright, clean and inviting. Young man who waited on us friendly, cheerful and efficient. Made to order cheeseburgers and french fries extra well done. Our meal served hot and fresh. Simply delicious. Yummy creamy sundae’s topped it off. Exited restaurant two happy satisfied customers. Going to start going to the waterford location. This location hires people who are outwardly rude to their customers. 6:19pm Feb 22, 2026. I understand you guys deal with the public, but I didn't deserve how he treated/talked to me. This was my first time out in a few weeks because I'm terminally sick, and this guy really messed up my evening by being an ass. I'm sure losing my business won't hurt you (as everyone will be losing it soon enough lol), but I do hope you do better for your ither customers who have had better experiences.

Culver’s not cheap. We went to culver’s in different places this one is good. Food is always good. My husband like burger and onion rings. I like strawberries Field Salad. Staff is well trained. They are quick both dine in and drive through.
