Great Culver’s Employees are very friendly Food I ordered which was a Butterburger,fries and custard was great in quality,temperature and taste. Conveniently located near a lot of major businesses,interstate-90 and near the town of Beloit.

Jordan is the GOAT was the nicest cashier ever. She needs a raise asap!!! Our $100 order was completely correct and had no mistakes!!! GOT THE LUCKY SCOOP CUP!!! All decorated for Xmas 🎄 GOT DOUBLE CHEESE The drive through could use some reconstruction to allow people to pull in and park rather than block the whole road- that’s why the atmosphere is only four stars…

Have visited this location many times. Workers are friendly with service well above others in the industry, food is served quickly, rarely have I seen a customer complain they got the wrong item or have a missing item. Pricewise it seems like a much better deal compared to other burger fast food chains in town. You can tell many other customers feel as I do because this location is always busy, especially the drive-thru. (Pro tip, don't park on the Cranston Rd side of the building, you might regret it) Like all locations, they offer a free scoop of Custard if you fill out their survey. We tried the pub burger since we had one a few years ago. It was good, but not as good as the one from a few years ago. I think they change the specific recipe each year. But a tasty burger. I was going to get walleye, but it wasn't up on the menu. Once I got to my table I saw a little sign for it. They should include it on the main menu with the seafood. I was disappointed that I hadn't noticed it before I ordered. The sundaes were generous and delicious.

This is the second time I’ve gotten all the way home and my food was either completely wrong food or this time chunks of grease and gristle to the point you can’t even taste the sandwich you just taste burnt. Ridiculous, everyone is rushing around trying to get orders out but the food preparation is poor. Getting the food out the door heart and in a timely manner, I understand but the rushing the food, I mean it’s a grilled Reuben and sometimes the bread is toasted perfectly and sometimes it’s just soggy and barley even toasted! Get someone on that grill that knows what he’s doing!
