At most restaurants/food trucks, they let you know if ketchup is on the burger. Some places even ask you if you want it on. This place? This place puts a big nasty glob of ketchup right on top. No notice that they use ketchup, no asking if you want it, you just get it. Good way to ruin food.
If I lived in this area I would hit up this food truck consistently. Good burger and cheap prices.
