Culver’s

Never have I ever thought that I would be saying this, every single Culver’s I’ve ever been to has always served me the perfect butter burger however that changed today, I ordered a Mushroom N Swiss at exactly 10:25 AM today. I get my order mind you this pictures from 10:40 AM, the cheese is ice cold… after waiting for it to melt by the heat of the burger which it doesn’t because the bun was also cold and the patty felt microwaved so the kid at the drive-through had the audacity to tell me we don’t melt the cheese, sir take a look at your menu images the cheese should melt if you made it fresh, I didn’t want a remake because I didn’t want spit in my food or the burger I was given to be thrown away so I left them with my feedback, also serving false advertisement is a fraud, thank you, but

foods great, but the condition of the restaurant makes the experience awful. have to walk the entire store to find a clean table. i’m talking food trash all over the tables. have 10 people working at the counter but the lobby is a disaster. this is everytime i come in:

Great customer service, food was fresh and delicious.

Visited with a wild 3 year old and the staff was great. Help carrying food, got extra napkins and a to go box for us without asking. The food is always great! One of our favorite places.

So this was my second time ever here and I was pretty disappointed. Not in the service nor the location, but the taste of the food was so bland. It was like there was no salt on the fries and the fish sandwich I ordered was really wet and not super crispy. It was fresh, just not good at all. I should've asked for more salt.
