They messed up my order. Normally I don't mind, we're all human. I asked about it but I suppose she didn't hear me. I was already having a bad day so it made me upset and I left. I tried the food and didn't like it. So I went back. Normally they're surface level nice. Today, every single time I talked to an employee (I talked to 5), half were kinda rude. I explained they got something wrong on my order and I asked if they could do something to fix it. Then she took it. I heard them talking about how they were upset about having to throw it out. Then when she was done, she gave it back. I said thank you and she stared coldly and said "My pleasure". Even if people don't have good customer service, that's not how you deal with a mess up. Easily one of my family's favorite places to eat when we are traveling! The service and food are consistently awesome 👌

The custard has changed and is no longer thick & creamy. The texture is now icy. Dairy Queen is actually better than Culvers now.

A solid spot for a casual meal. As of writing this they have that Peppered Pub burger, which I tried, and it was quite good. Very slippery especially when you add ketchup to it, knowing how saucy it is as is, but overall, very good stuff.
