Cugino Forno Frederick

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had. The crust is that perfect combo of crisp + chewy, the sauce tastes fresh and balanced, and the cheese/toppings are high quality without being oily or heavy. Everything came out hot, the slices were sturdy, and the flavor was just dialed in. Great vibe, friendly people, and it’s the kind of place you immediately want to bring someone back to.

A local gem right on the outskirts of downtown Fredrick - come in for a pizza experience very reminiscent of Italian pizza, and enjoy your food in the rustic dining area which has several extra large tables and a lot of extra space (very stroller-friendly!). The food comes out very quick, and after your meal I would recommend the handmade cannoli! Would definitely recommend.

We love Cugino Forno! Their pizza is the best around - I feel like I’m in Italy every time I stop in and taste their amazing food. Their pizza, cooked in a special pizza oven, is phenomenal, but I can never stop without getting either their tiramisu or coconut gelato! It is the real deal!

Wonderful evening! Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Peaceful music playing. Happy people taking your order, cooking, and serving you food. A little piece of Italy right in Frederick. Flavorful Margheritha pizza, refreshing robust lecce salad. Declicious lemoncello and tiramisu, not too sweet. Strawberry and vanilla gelatos complimented our desserts so well. We came in tired and hungry and left filled with peace and pizza goodness. 😍 Highly recommend!

Super casual pizza joint with really delicious pizza! My boyfriend says it is the best pizza in Frederick. The crust is absolutely to die for! We had the margherita and Calabrian chili pizzas and both tasted great. Don’t skip the gelato: so creamy and the perfect way to finish off the meal!
