Crystal's Cakery

The cake served its purpose for our wedding on 9/27, it was cute, but not exactly what we wanted. We were a bit disappointed in the execution of the cake, because it did not have specific details we spoke to crystal about months before our wedding (we wanted a pearlescent sparkle as well as pearl candies which was included in the original form we filled out and inspo photos). The icing on the cake could have been a lot smoother on top and was bucking on the edges (see photo). Additionally, we ordered the cake in early March for pickup on a specific date and time in September. The cake was not ready when we arrived to pick it up, and we had to wait around 30 minutes for it to be finished up. Forced to use this baker by the wedding venue. Incredibly rude to the bride and resistant to a rather simple cake design. The cake looks like a child did it, the topper that was given to the baker two weeks early doesn't fit and her only responses was"oh yeah, well you could just take the top layer off and put it on the second layer. The baker bounced after hearing the bridesmaids say it didn't look like the picture and never checked in with the bride. Absolutely terrible service and no accountability for the crappy job.

Crystal’s Cakery will by far exceed your expectations! Not only did my daughters cake look awesome but the flavor was phenomenal. I always think a cake either looks good or tastes good, never both- but Crystal completely changed that for us! The cake was delicious and honestly so beautiful. We will never go anywhere else for cakes and bakery items!

Everything here is great! Also good gluten free options. Crystal is very nice too. Nice place to stop if you're in town!
