Crumbl

As a mom I don't really get time to go out. I purposely made time to go to Crumble because the Biscoff lava cookie was back. The store was nice and clean. The staff was warm and friendly. I bought 4 biscoff lava cookies and 3 mini dessert cookies. I was really disappointed in the biscoff lava cookies as it is one of my favorites. Such a favorite that I froze some when I purchased them last year. For comparison I have a frozen biscoff lava cookie from 2024 (in ziploc) and the one I bought yesterday pictured next to each other. Not only is the size of the cookie smaller but it lacks the amouny of biscoff that was used. In addition all the cookies were underbaked, also pictured.

It is 9:20 on a Saturday it says open till 10pm I understand if I came like 10 minutes before closing but it’s nearly an hour before they close come on dude

The Valentine’s week flavor are so good, our favorite one was the strawberry heart cake.

I came to this location and I bought two cookies. They were horribly made and they were even cold. Decided to come to this location because it was closer to home but I made a mistake coming here. The cookies looked horrible and looked badly made and when I received the cookies they were cold as well. I would not recommend this location as it feels like I just threw my money down the drain. I highly recommend the Hoffman Estates location but this location was very disappointing.

Disappointing Experience – Not the Crumbl I Know! As a huge fan of Crumbl Cookies, especially the incredible quality I'm used to getting at their NYC locations, my recent visit was a significant letdown. I was so excited for my cookies, but what I received was an underwhelming product that simply didn't live up to the brand's reputation. The cookies lacked the freshness and perfect texture I've come to expect, feeling a bit stale and uninspired. To make matters worse, the service was slow and quite strange. There was a noticeable lack of efficiency, and the staff seemed disengaged, making the entire experience feel awkward. I genuinely wish this location offered the quality I'm used to getting in NYC. Crumbl really needs to improve both their service and overall product quality here to mat
