Crumbl

Since last year, I’ve been wanting to try the Buckeye Brownie cookie, and when I saw it was available this week I was so happy. On top of that I had saved up 500 crumb points and was also excited to use them. I get to the Cranberry location, and already I can see that the atmosphere was off. I didn’t even get a hi when I walked in. All of the employees just stared at me weirdly. Then, I go up to the counter and I am greeted by a nice girl, I assumed she was new but she was the best thing that came out of this experience because she was really nice. She has the manager come over and help me use my points and immediately his demeanor was awful. No smile, rolled his eyes at me, and was just flat out unpleasant. I get working at a food company can be difficult, but it’s not hard to just smile.

Always happy to go in and grab a sweet treat! People working are friendly and willing to assist with choosing from allll the delicious flavors to purchase! Even got good advice to do boxes of mini cookies instead of the large size cookies for a party I was having. Every time we are in Cranberry we make it a point to stop by Crumbl.

Went to the cranberry crumble. store we got cookies and then ran to Lowe’s for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. When we can’t out our cookies were all melted together. We called the store asking if we could go back and maybe exchange them. I understand it is a little warm outside, but this was a little ridiculous, and the man wouldn’t even exchange out our cookies. Like wow!! We won’t be back!

The most simple, a chocolate chip cookie, was not available. The self service kiosk aloud me to purchase it, the employee apologized and explained they are out. They did refund my money. How could you let your most basic cookie be out of inventory? Better asked if they have your desired cookie in stock before ordering. I will not be back.

The workers need to be taught customer service, and how to acknowledge the presence of a customer when one walks in. There was no one in the store and I walked in to pick up my order, 4 workers never even looked up to greet me. I waited 10 min before asking if my order was ready because it had disappeared from the que on the screen, and then I got scolded that they were still working on it, as they were all talking and laughing amongst themselves. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wow.
