Crown Providence

This was the first time we went to Crown Providence for dinner. We were a party of 7, celebrating our best friend’s birthday. Kayleigh was our waitress and she was wonderful! Very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Service was great especially for a busy Saturday night! From the drinks to the appetizer (shrimp, calamari, chicken lettuce wraps, birria tacos) to the entrees(roasted chicken, short ribs, octopus) everything was excellent with great flavor and large portions. The ambience is very intimate and color scheme is elegant. The lightening is on the darker side but there are lamps at each table which allows you to brightening the table per your likening. Definitely plan on going back!

Crown Providence is an upscale Federal Hill destination that masterfully blends a "grown and sexy" dining experience with a vibrant, high-end lounge atmosphere, not for me but yes they have hookah lol. The interior is described as fashionable yet elegant, featuring European-inspired decor, dim lighting with individual table lamps, and plush seating. Its American fusion menu earns high marks for standout dishes like the tender New Zealand lamb chops with pesto, bone-in ribeye, as well as their signature NY strip flatbread. Don't forget about $8 Martini Mondays, usually attentive staff and valet parking make it a top recommendation for date nights or celebratory group outings.

Best place ever! Ambiance was amazing makes you feel like your in Europe but still home. The servers? BEST OF BEST! I was served by amelia in whom she helped me have the best birthday night ever. Helped me every single, as well as each and every single one of my guest, and make sure I needed and had everything possible. Food was so good that my picky eater friends ordered multiple food options. Drinks 10/10, hookah 10/10. I will be coming here as often as I can.

We went to Crown Providence yesterday, and even though it’s only been open since May, everything felt well put together. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and willing to accommodate special requests. I asked for a whiskey sour even though it wasn’t on the menu; they made it for me, which I appreciated, though it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The Paloma, on the other hand, was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The food was delicious from start to finish. I ordered the lamb chops with truffle fries, but plain fries came out instead. When I mentioned it, the server immediately went back and shortly after brought me truffle fries, and they were absolutely worth the wait: crispy and flavorful. The space itself is beautiful, with a modern yet warm vibe that makes you want to linger. O

The lamb chops were delicious and cooked perfectly, that was the highlight. Unfortunately service felt inattentive; with gratuity already included it seemed like our server didn’t check in as much as she should have. A few other plates (the potatoes, for example) arrived overcooked and burnt. Good food, but service and consistency need improvement. I don’t see myself returning in the future
