Crowes Dough

I have done Melissa's Paint and Sip course and her Sourdough 101 course. I have also purchased several types of bread, english muffins, and cookies from her. The class experiences and the quality of her baked goods are phenomenal. She's obviously gifted when it comes to bread and she's incredibly personable. You can tell she really loves what she does. Highly recommend Crowe's Dough!!

A great experience at the Matthews Farmers Market! Bought microgreens and bread from Crowes Grow and Crowes Dough, A husband and wife who sell both microgreens and sourdough bread. The sourdough bread is so fresh! The inside is fluffy and the outside is crispy, just the way I like it! I've been enjoying it before breakfast everyday this week! I'm glad I can support a local family-owned small business.

We have purchased bread and bakery treats from Melissa for years and are always blown away by the quality of her baked goods. Her commitment to consistency and healthy natural ingredients keeps us coming back. I’ve also attended several of her sourdough classes and left with a great foundation for making my own sourdough at home! Melissa is a great teacher and is always available to troubleshoot with me when I have questions.

Homemade sourdough was the best I’ve ever had. Flaky on the outside with the perfect balance of sourdough flavor and soft chewiness on the inside. Went perfect toasted topped with butter and raspberry jam and also as tomato bruschetta. Devoured in 2 days (for 2 people). You can tell a lot of love when into its’ preparation and selection of ingredients (talented baker🧑‍🍳🏆).

The absolute best sour dough bread & muffins! I freeze them and eat them later and they still fantastic!
