Picadeli's Pub-In-Deli

I recently saw a post made by a “Tabatha McLaughlin” in regard to Picadelis baklava. I have personally been eating the baklava that George’s wife makes for over a decade now. She is consistently sold out for a reason. Tabatha is completely wrong about it as this is some of the best baklava in the region. The only reason it might have been slightly “dry” is the possibility of them forgetting to drizzle the honey syrup over it because it was a takeout order. Her 1 star rating for their food is out of place, especially about the baklava. She also might not be familiar with what real, authentic, Greek made baklava is supposed to taste like. They also have incredibly delicious wings, Reuben’s, French Dips, and Hot Italians sandwiches. 10/10 restaurant that I’ve been going to for over about 20

Locally owned eatery been around for quite awhile. Great wings, and good sandwiches. Waitresses get a little behind but who isn't short on help these days.

UPDATE: The floors were updated and make a huge difference in first impressions. Service is still very personable and fabulous. I'm here on a rainy Wednesday 11am and 3 tables filled and so far she's the only server. I hope she's getting help as lunch hour rolls in. This time I got a burger deluxe. They were able to swap out the bread bun for a lettuce bun for me. The best part (besides the lettuce bun) is the burger isn't a frozen Costco patty. It's ground beef hand pressed. Juicy and cooked perfect and flavorful. Adding in the small things... I always like a place where I don't see a servers station from my table. The music is a nice variety bringing me back to my school days- K104.7 and the guest check bill was old school paper and not a computerized device taking up unnecessary

My wife and I stopped by on a weekday afternoon for a late lunch. We were the only people in the restaurant which was nice. Our server was top notch and the food was good. We went with a Chef Salad and the French Dip. My only complaint would be the salad was very small, almost like a side salad so I ended up having some of the French Dip since it was the size of a usual entrée. All around it was an alright experience.

Grabbed a quick dinner to go last night for three of us. I had a Reuben with fries. Very delicious. My son had chicken salad on rye with pasta salad. He raved about how good it was, especially the sandwich. My husband is vegan and had a veggie burger with fries. The burger was not boxed but looked handmade by the chef. He loved it. I once had a salad here that just about knocked me over it was so delicious. I can’t remember which salad it was, but I will try their salads again and see if I can figure it out. The lady at the register was adorable and super helpful. I prefer eating at local restaurants when possible and this one is getting put on repeat.
