We went here for dinner and the taste is unique and delicious if you’re into a clean broth based noodle dish. We got the kimchi and original broth with squid balls and steamed dumplings. Noodles are good but squid ball has no noticeable squid and dumplings was good but slightly on the sweet side for our personal preference.

The flavors here brought me right back to Yunnan! Their Crossing Bridge rice noodle set was rich, flavorful, and served piping hot. The crispy-bottom dumplings were a standout, and the cold cucumber and tofu skin salads balanced the meal nicely. Crossing Bridge is an underrated spot in Duluth - some of the most authentic, flavorful options in the area, with very friendly, helpful and informative staff! They were happy to explain their menu and concept to us. We enjoyed a selection of the very many different types of soups and combinations they offer with delicious, authentic rice noodles, as well as some of their amazing soup dumplings. It was a bit difficult to keep the soup dumplings intact as we were picking them up due to the base, bur the flavor was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially those who frequent this strip and haven't dropped by yet - I wish I had gone sooner!

Crossing Bridge Rice Noodle is absolutely amazing! The broth is rich and flavorful — comforting and deeply satisfying. I highly recommend the Sole Fish Rice Noodle Soup — the fish slices are huge, tender, and plentiful. The smell and taste of the green Sichuan peppercorn is super addictive, and the soup is just SO good. Don’t miss the handmade glutinous rice cake — it’s chewy, soft, and seriously delicious. The portions are generous, and I always leave feeling full and happy. Every flavor I've tried has its own character. Friendly service, clean space — 100% worth the visit. Five stars all the way!

We had a nice time here - the staff was very friendly and helped us navigate a peanut allergy. We got pork buns and two orders of the dry noodles (one beef, one pig ear) since it was too hot for soup. Very flavorful and quick!
