This is a beautiful house with historic charm that worked out perfectly for a dinner party for 26. The volunteers that maintain the place do a wonderful job.
German Immigration exhibit on display. It includes fourteen informational panels with maps and graphics specific to Wisconsin. Local interest display also includes the Wagner and Weber family genealogy records that outline six generations of descendants that settled in East Bristol. The original farm is still family owned. The family display includes a 1890s German family bible, immigration trunk, historic family and farm photos. Along with an assortment of farm and household items. The exhibit is free. Donations are welcome to help preserve family histories and assist with genealogical research.
This is the second time that I have taken my grandson to visit with Santa and Mrs. Santa at the Crosse House. The Host itself is a beautiful historical building and they dress it up during the Christmas season to make it very special for the children when they go to visit Santa.
