Crofter's Green

We stayed here for 3 nights in early November and aside from the beautiful, warm weather we had a great time staying in The Sugar Shack. It was just the 2 of us so the small cabin with its own bathroom was perfect for us and it was wonderful having a small fridge and microwave, which is all we needed but the kitchenette comes fully furnished. As soon as we walked in I could tell it had been recently cleaned and was so excited to there. We got there pretty late, around 9pm, so the owners left the light on for us and the door open with the keys so we could just unload and relax as soon as we got there. After visiting several wedding venues, the second we stepped on property Crofters was everything we wanted for our wedding venue! From the little cabins for our bridal party to use, to the house being available for family to the most beautiful barn we truly could not have asked for more. Our wedding was on 10/4/25 and the foliage was absolutely perfection and the beauty of the property shined through our photos. Being able to have several days on the property was so much fun; the day before we did some setting up then we did a reception dinner cookout right in the garden. With the house being available, food prep was easy and it allowed for our bridal party to be able to have some fun on site, have some drinks, use the hot tub and just celebrate with our favorite people. Great community based tiny home setup. Everything is so cute, cuter than the pictures. The hot tub is the best, and a great way to meet the neighbors. I also love that the tiny homes are dog friendly, they really had a blast too. I personally interacted with owner Daniel and hosts Chris and Amy and they were the nicest people. I will be back!

This was the best wedding venue we could have hoped for! We got married here in September, and it was stunning! Crofter's is a huge and gorgeous space with everything you could want. From a beautiful barn large enough to fit all of our friends for a big party while still feeling intimate, to the hot tub, fire pit, stunning cottages we were lucky enough to stay in, the hex cabins, the house with the ridiculous deck views, and even the guest bathrooms and shower are sweet! We utilized the hot tub on many occasions and some guests were even back and forth between dances! We had an evening around the fire pit that was unforgettable as well. Great location, convenient into town or Jay peak. Gorgeous property that is well maintained and lovely to experience! Our small home had everything we needed and Kristin and Daniel were so responsive to some last second requests. Looking forward to our next visit!
