Just walked from out of this place about 6 minutes ago and whoever the lady is at the front desk has absolutely no customer service skills what do ever!!.She didn't make any eye contact with us and she almost looked disgusted that we bothered her.No greetings or smile for a potential customer.Do better!!.Although they had the product thatI needed,I refused to buy from anyone with a nasty attitude.Not one but of temperament for business.She treated us like we walked on her porch unannounced!!Absolutely no repore for business.I don't know what someone did to you ma'am but I assure you it wasn't me!!Do better!!Just nasty for no reason.

First time dealing with this company was today. The staff at both locations I visited today were extremely polite and very helpful. I will definitely be using this company again.

Thus is the only equipment company I have ever been to that refuses to sell equipment to a potential buyer

Older white lady behind the counter needs to learn some manners and attitude skills I was going to spend around 4 thousand dollars with this company on 2 large refrigerators for my business in down town Norfolk but decided to take my purchases else where due to her unkind and rude manner of speech towards me and as I noticed to everyone including coworkers
