Creno's Pizza

I love your pizza, but every time I order online it's either not ready by the estimated pick-up time, or like an hour late. I appreciate the complementary 20ozs, but I'd rather have the pizza ready on time. If you have to give a longer estimate that's ok, but it's frustrating when I'm not getting what I'm paying for.

We were so excited to try a new pizza place! After almost 2 hours of waiting for our delivery, the manager simply said, "we're really busy." And hung up on me before I could get the total for my requested refund. We don't know, the pizza might be good, but the leadership and customer service is brutal!

If you want pizza this is your spot! Crenos always does an absolutely fantastic job on their pizza! The staff are always very helpful and kind. The wait time is always very efficient and the food is amazing! Crenos will always remain my favorite pizza!

Unless you want your pizza to be delivered with cigarette smoke, I don’t recommend. Why they allow/tolerate their delivery drivers smoking in the car with the pizza is beyond my comprehension. Disgusting.

Love crenos however I was told it would be 45 min to an hour I called at 7:33 it’s now 9:20 and food hasn’t even been cooked yet I was given 5 dollars off a 45 dollar order and 20 percent off my next order which I’ll probably never use as this is entirely unacceptable seems to be happening more and more frequently
