This is hands down my favorite place in all of Cape Cod. Nobody does an eggs benedict as delicious and affordable as this, and it's certainly worth the drive from Wellfleet to Yarmouth. I always come here when I have the opportunity because Crazy Rooster is a dream. Top Hat is my go to every time. The meal was prepared perfectly and quickly, eggs were perfectly poached, the steak was thick, solid, juicy, and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The potatoes were so rich and soft and buttery, and I was truly in heaven. I accidentally forgot my leftovers because I'm a scatterbrain and the waitress was kind enough to run out the door to make sure I left with them. I am now forever in her debt. The restaurant has a local vibe with an extensive and affordable menu. The staff are very attentive and friendly. You can see they have developed a good relationship with their repeat customers. The Crow’s Nest has home fries at the bottom and is layered by sausage links, scrambled eggs and melted cheese with sausage gravy. The portions are very generous and filling. Everything on the menu is budget friendly and is great for families.

If you’re out and about on the early side and want to find some place for a non drive-thru breakfast one of the best options we’ve found is the Crazy Rooster - they open at 6:30 am! The coffee is always hot and plentiful - good flavor too. We always split a Mediterranean Omelette (minus the cream cheese), Raisin Toast and Home Fries - they fill this tasty omelette with a generous helping of olives, tomatoes, onions and just the right amount of Feta Cheese, Home Fries have that lovely crisp layer on top where it’s been pressed into the grill for just a moment and the toast is perfectly done with just the right amount of butter. Service is always spot on, coffee refills are frequent and the kitchen is fast. We have yet to try Crazy Rooster for lunch but we know our odds are excellent that t

This unassuming breakfast eatery fared well beyond my expectations. With friendly service, uniquely eclectic decor and hands down the best breakfast I've had on Cape Cod, I would definitely have more breakfasts if and when on Cape Cod again.

We enjoyed the Crazy Rooster as a family friendly, budget friendly breakfast place with generous portstions and great tasting food. The staff was attentive and friends. The service was quick but not pushy. We had the cranberry pancakes, classic Benedict, kids French toast, the hungry boy and one of the omlettes. All were tasty and and filling. It isn't a fancy place, but it has its own charm. And the food is great.
